Taking time to be thankful for everything that what we have is important, finding the time is not always the problem, but if like me you often find yourself with a blank mind in front of your gratitude journal, then I would recommend this simple tool: an A to Z gratitude log.
It will, simple, help you to focus on a letter of the alphabet and see how it relates to you with what happened in your day. I find it myself extremely stimulating and a fun exercise to do. It allow me to realize the little things in life that I would not have normally focussed on, which are in fact amazing little moments worth cherrishing and be thankful for.
And like me, you may like to stick them inside your gratitude journal. You do not need to cover all 26 letters, just picking a couple of letters at random and see what will come to your mind, is enough to bring some positive thinking into your life.
I truly hope it helps you, every time, you need a little inspiration.
